Sue considers herself fortunate to live in the beautiful Fairfield County community. Having raised five children in the area, she has had the opportunity to thoroughly experience all that makes the region such a wonderful place to reside and work. She has been a real estate professional for nearly twenty years serving Westport, Weston, Wilton, Fairfield, and surrounding markets.
Before joining together with her partners and forming The Riverside Realty Group, Sue was affiliated with another prestigious firm where she was the first broker hired and played a key role in recruiting other top agents, thereby building the market share for the company, and preparing it for acquisition by a worldwide brokerage. As a member of that firm’s “International President’s Premier” – the highest designation awarded – she ranked in the top 1% of realtors in the 126,000-agent company. Additionally, she has been named to the list of Top 10 Producers within the state of Connecticut for seven consecutive years. Susan’s specialty is marketing luxury, new construction, and waterfront properties to and for an elite clientele. She is credited with the sale of several of our town’s most important landmark residences. When working with buyers, she leaves no stone unturned in the search for a perfect match.
In 2004, Justine plunged into a career in real estate after nearly a decade of financial experience on Wall Street and receiving her MBA. Justine brings marketing savvy, technological skills and high energy to all she does as a key player in the local brokerage scene. Believing the most important investments are in real estate, Justine left a deadline-driven financial career in New York City to establish a vibrant life and family business in Connecticut.
From the outset, Justine proved to be indispensable to her clients. She brings to the table a finely-tuned ability to analyze the underlying market drivers of the economy, strategic forecasting abilities, and quantitative modeling skills – all of which help buyers and sellers weigh their options in the midst of a fast-paced negotiation, where time is often money. She has earned respect from her colleagues, and buyers and sellers from all walks of life with her warmth, compassion, and ability to listen for the details. After growing up in Weston, Justine returned to the area after living in Manhattan. Buying her first home in Westport has been the best investment Justine has made, both financially and personally. Ecstatic to be back in Connecticut, Justine is actively involved in the community through her participation with the Discovery Museum, Westport Historical Society and Project ALS.
